Nishani possesses over a decade of experience in the areas of project management and general administration in the fields of Education and Healthcare. She has contributed to the establishment and development of health and education organizations and has managed diverse teams to enable the delivery of excellent outcomes. Nishani was involved in establishing an ISO approved healthcare training organization, which today offers from Certificates to PhD in areas of Nursing, Physiotherapy, Health Management and Bio Medical Sciences. She held the post of Director Operations and overlooked all operations including Finance, Marketing, Facility, Human Resources, General Administration and Academic Administration. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colombo, a Master’s Degree from Asia e University (Malaysia) and an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK).

Ms. Anushka Ranasinghe, Manager Student Placement

Anushka completed her secondary education at Good Shepherd Convent,Kandy and is currently reading for her Masters in Strategic Marketing.She commenced her a career at one of the leading Telecommunication companies in the country and served for 3 years as a Customer service associate. There after she moved into the Overseas Higher Education industry where she was a Team leader at a prominent higher education consultancy firm for a period of 5 years. Troughout her time, she has been a visa officer as well as a counsellor. She also participated in many training programs, workshops etc. organized by top universities in Australia, Malaysia and Singapore. With the unmatched experience she has gained i n this industry she has helped guide and assist an uncountable number of students achieve their dream of studying abroad and to date many of these students still appreciate the guidance and assistance she has provided them. With the exposure and many years of experience in the industry; she has now teamed up with Eduko Pathways to provide an unmatched service to all students, parents and sponsors.

Ms. Lakmini Gamage, Assistant Manager- Marketing & Student Placement

Lakmini pursued her passion for career guidance for students by joining one of Sri Lanka’s premier career guidance and student placement establishments in 2014. With more than 3 years of professional experience in University Admissions, Student Visa and Medical Education Guidance for prestigious universities across the world and with her capabilities in Marketing and Brand Management, she joined Eduko Pathways to contribute to forging partnerships and shaping futures. She has started her career in Supply Chain and Brand Management with one of the world’s leading multinational fashion brands in 2012 and she holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Peradeniya, a Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from Institute of Personnel Management (SL) and a Technician Level Qualification from Charted Institute of Accountants (CMA).
