Mr. Bob Kundanmal – Chairman
Mr. Kundanmal is a renowned business personality of Sri Lanka and has his credit of a long business career in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Thailand. He is considered as one of the giants in the corporate world in Sri Lankan and Bangladesh and is widely respected for his business discernment. His vision and able leadership has taken the entire group which he commands to the heights it has achieved today and inspired it to grow from strength to strength. He is also a philanthropist and supports many charities.

Dr. Harsha Alles – Director
Dr. Harsha Alles is the Chairman of the Gateway Group of Organisations. By profession Dr. Alles is a medical Doctor with M.B.B.S. and a Ph.D. He was a lecturer at the Medical Faculty of the University of Colombo before he shifted his career to be in charge of Gateway. He has won two “Young Scientists Scholarship” awards. In 2000, he was recognized as “The Outstanding Young Person of the Year” for the contribution he made towards IT education for children. In 2003 he was adjudged the Gold Winner of the CIMA Pinnacle awards to be the “Outstanding Businessman of the Year”. Dr Alles is also the Chairman of The International Schools of Sri Lanka (TISSL), which is the Chamber Association comprising of 24 leading International Schools in Sri Lanka.

Mr. Munir Zarif – Director
Mr. Zarif Munir joined The Boston Consulting Group in 1997. He is a core member of the Health Care and Industrial Goods practices and has worked in BCG’s Mexico and Kuala Lumpur offices.
Mr. Zarif’s client engagements have been in Southeast Asia, North Africa, Europe, and Latin America and have included a turnaround strategy for the largest oil-and-gas fabricator in Malaysia, a three-year transformation of one of the largest agro-commodity companies in Asia, and an operational-effectiveness study for an industrial goods company—including a shop-floor cost-and-complexity analysis to set performance benchmarks and increase system throughput. He is often invited to speak at regional health-care events and economic and innovation summits in Bangladesh, where he is from. He was a keynote speaker at Innovation Xtreme in 2014.
